Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
The duration of the program is four years.
Nursing Admission Committee plans to offer 50 students for the BSN program
Application to the BSN program can only be submitted through our online application portal dmcg.edu/conadmissions2025/. Application to the program opens on 20th January 2025 and closes on September 4th, 2025. Late applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
For your application to be complete, you will need to submit the online application, upload all supporting documents, and pay the non-refundable application fee of AED 1050 (AED 1000 + 5% VAT).

BSN criteria
An applicant is required to submit one of the following:
• UAE Secondary High School English Language Score 80%.
OR
• TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 61 or CBT minimum score of 173 (Institutional TOEFL is not acceptable).
OR
• Academic IELTS with a minimum Band of 5.0
For IELTS and TOEFL results need to be valid as per the date of submitting the application.
OR
• Applicants will be required to complete a remedial course at the College.
* An English Language Placement Test at the University level is available for students who do not meet the English Language Requirements. Based on the test results, a remedial English course may be offered to enhance their proficiency.
Note: No English Language requirement for students completing High School in a curriculum taught in English Language.
All applicants must complete English proficiency (EmSAT/IELTS/TOEFL) irrespective of nationality.
DMU- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program (BSN) is accredited locally by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE.
DMU-Nursing Program (BSN) Committee is keen to attract talented students and support their educational journey, so we will offer Merit Scholarship, and discounts to students as per criteria published.
Admission Process:
Tuition fees for the Academic Year 2025-2026 is:
- Annual Tuition Fees: AED 42,000/- (including 5% VAT)
- Discounts:
- 1st Year - 25% of the tuition fee AED 31,500/- (including 5% VAT)
- 2nd Year - 15% of the tuition fee AED 35,700/- (including 5% VAT)
- 3rd Year - AED 42,000/- (including 5% VAT)
- 4th Year - AED 42,000/- (including 5% VAT)
Yes, we have a female only hostel that is managed by the DMU which is across the road from the campus. The cost is additional to the annual tuition fee.
- Single Room: 15,000 AED
- Double Room: 12,000 AED
- Deluxe Room: 18,000 AED
Yes, we provide transportation, which is managed by DMU, and the cost is additional to the annual tuition fee. Daily transportation facilities are available for several destinations. Each weekend buses take students at the hostel back to their homes in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and bring them back to the university on the next working day. Cost of Transport ranges from 3000 AED to 5000 AED according to destination.
Yes, we provide a student visa on DMU sponsorship, and the cost is additional to the annual tuition fee. The cost for a two-year visa is outlined below.

Medical Insurance is required for issuing a visa. If the student requires basic medical insurance this is an additional 840 AED per year.

Submitted: Application is submitted and being reviewed by Nursing Admission Committee.
Screened In: Application is complete, and you will be invited for Interview and Placement exam if applicable.
Screened Out: Applicant is not eligible to join the program.
Invited for an Interview: you will receive an email with Interview date, time and location.
Conditional Admission: you are eligible to join once you submit all required admission documents.
Waitlisted: You are on a wait list and will be contacted once a place is available.
Regret: You didn’t meet our admission requirements and hence we are not able to offer you admission.
The ranking of applicants will be based on High School scores and Interview scores.
Applicants who completed High School outside the UAE must have their certificates and transcripts / mark sheets attested by:
- The issuing educational institute and / or recognized authority for education in the country in which you completed your education.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where you completed the degree.
- The UAE Embassy in that country
- The Ministry of Education in the UAE

Tips and information for applicants:
Review the entire application form before filling in any details.
- You can start the application and save it to return it later.
- applications will not be considered. The application fee is AED 1050 (1,000 Plus 5% VAT). This fee is non-refundable. Keep receipt to upload it to application and send the same by email to accounts@dmcg.edu
- Follow the specific guides carefully by filling the box in the fields where the guides are provided.
- Have the following documents scanned in clear color and ready to upload in PDF format:
- Recent Personal Colored Photo (with white background in high-resolution Jpeg format; passport size)
- Valid Passport Copy
- Ethbara Page (For UAE Nationals)
- Police Clearance from UAE for those residing in UAE or Police Clearance certificate from country of residence for international applicants. For UAE certificate this can be obtained from https://moi.gov.ae/en/eservices/issuance.clearcriminalrecord.certificate.348.aspx
- Emirates ID Card – front (if applicable)
- Emirates ID Card – back (if applicable)
- Family Book (For UAE Nationals) / Mother’s Family Book (For UAE Nationals)
- Grade 10 Transcript / IGCSE certificates
- Grade 11 Transcript / AS Level certificate
- Final High School Transcript / A Level certificate (if available)
- Latest University Transcript (if applicable)
- Equivalency/Recognition certificate (if available)
- For applicants with a degree or high school certificate awarded outside the UAE, Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or World Education Service (WES) – course by course evaluation is required to evaluate the transcripts and have a standard GPA http://www.ece.org or https://www.wes.org/
- You will receive an application number when you create a login account. Please record your application number and use it in all communication with the DMU - College of Nursing admissions team as it is the unique identifier for you.

- All screened in applicants will be notified by email to attend the Interview. Those who are required to attend the Placement exam will also be notified.
- The Interview and Placement exam will be held on campus.
- For international students outside UAE they will be given the opportunity to complete them online.
- Applicants from non-government UAE secondary schools or degrees completed outside UAE will be required to submit an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates.
- International students outside the UAE can request to take the Interview online. Please contact conadmission@dmcg.edu if you need to take the Interview online.
