DUBAI, 17th February, 2021: Continuing our pursuit of excellence in education and training, Dubai Medical College and University of Glasgow announce that they will collaborate for reform of MBBCh curriculum. The first meeting for the same was conducted on 17th of February, 2021 and was attended by notable dignitaries from both the institutes.
Prof. Galal, Dean, remarked that DMC curriculum has always evolved according to needs of the time. This collaboration with University of Glasgow is an important milestone in the progress of DMC, and it aims to prepare doctors who are ready for the healthcare needs of the future.
The meeting commenced with comparative discussions about the teaching plan, instructional strategy and curriculum of both the institutes and centered on near-future areas of improvement.

All attendees were enthusiastic for this collaboration with University of Glasgow and are looking forward to future meetings. This collaboration further cements both institutes’ commitment to deliver the best student-centric, internationally accredited curriculum producing competent and safe doctors to serve the society.
