An oral presentation titled “ Chronic Kidney Diseases: Public Health Concerns” ; delivered by Dr Sahar Helmi AbdelMaqsoud; Associate Professor of Community Medicine; DMCG. Dr Sahar explained the importance of early prevention  and early detection of CKDs and emphasize the need for a robust Surveillance System that documents burden and risk factors of the disease. The presentation involved interactive discussion with the delegates.
