Research Collaborations

Research activity in DMCG is promoted by the involvement of students and faculty in research activity, by joining the multi-center research active groups in DMCG, and by attending seminars, workshops, and research conferences.

DMCG has established close "Relationship with National Research Partners" to enhance the research activity valuable to health care sector in UAE and the Region.

Regional collaborations: Currently, we collaborate in research activities with ERADA Center for Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation, Aljalila Specialty Hospital, UAE Genetic Disease Association, and Dubai Health Authority in Dubai as well as the Universal Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

International collaborations: There are also collaborations in Ph.D. supervision and other research activities with St. George's Medical School, College of London, and the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education, Kingston College, United Kingdom; and with Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, Glasgow, Scotland as well as with many research-active centers in Saudi Arabia in organizing and contributing to the Global Pharmacy and Healthcare Services Research Symposia held in Dubai but sponsored by Saudi Arabia twice annually.
